The FusingX FX1200 is built for 630–1200mm HDPE pipe butt fusion. Its reinforced frame, stable hydraulic control, wide aluminum inserts, anti-slip pads, heavy-duty facer, and FX-level heating plate help improve pipe holding, facing stability, and welding reliability in large-diameter pipe projects.
FX1000 is a large-diameter hydraulic butt fusion machine for 630–1000mm pipes. With a 17.5kW heating plate, 3kW facer, 4kW hydraulic station, and 0–12MPa pressure range, it is suitable for heavy-duty HDPE pipeline projects.
FX800 is built for 450–800mm large-diameter pipe welding. It features higher heating power, stronger facer capacity, and a dedicated hydraulic system configuration for heavy-duty pipe fusion work.

FX630 supports 315–630mm HDPE pipe butt fusion. With a 7.5kW heating plate, 1.5kW facer, 0–10MPa pressure range, and robust frame design, it is suitable for medium-to-large pipeline construction.
FX500 is designed for 180–500mm pipe welding. Compared with smaller models, it is equipped with a higher-power facer and stronger welding capacity, making it suitable for heavier medium-to-large diameter pipe projects.
FX450 covers 180–450mm pipe welding and features the FX series hydraulic system, reinforced frame, and professional heating plate. It is suitable for medium and large pipe installation work.
FX355 covers 90–355mm pipe welding and continues the FX series design with smart pressure control, reinforced frame structure, and professional heating performance. It is a practical choice for medium-diameter pipe projects.
FX315 supports 90–315mm PE, PP, and PVDF pipe welding. It combines a robust frame, intelligent hydraulic control, single-size clamp inserts, and FX heating plate for stable and smooth welding operation.
FX250 is designed for 63–250mm pipe butt fusion. With intelligent pressure control, a thickened heating plate, premium PTFE coating, and standard clamp inserts, it provides stable operation for medium-size pipe installation projects.
FX200 covers 63–200mm pipe welding and is built with an enhanced frame, intelligent pressure control HPU, FX heating plate, and single-size clamp inserts. It is suitable for professional small-to-medium pipe fusion work.
FX160 is a hydraulic butt fusion machine for 40–160mm PE, PP, and PVDF pipes. It features intelligent hydraulic control, one-touch pressure adjustment, FX heating plate, anti-wear pads, convenient wheels, and an easy-grip handle for small-diameter pipe welding jobs.
FusingX PS630 / PS1200 pipe support roller stands are designed for PE / HDPE pipe handling during butt fusion welding. They can also be used as general pipe support roller stands for suitable pipe handling work where pipe support, alignment, or forward/backward movement is needed.
Built with a thickened steel frame and rubber-coated smooth rollers, they help support pipes, protect the pipe surface, and make pipe movement easier. Two height settings are available, with custom support height on request.
