FX1000 Butt Fusion Machine – Factory Photo Record
On December 30, 2025, we photographed the FX1000 butt fusion machine at the factory.
From the overall appearance to structural details, the FX1000 follows the same design and material system used across the FX series, with the primary difference being its larger overall size and capacity.
During the photo session, the side frames of the FX1000 can be clearly seen to be manufactured from a single-piece steel plate. Compared with the A series and A Pro series machines, the side frame plate thickness is increased by approximately 20%.
The clamp inserts feature an angular design.
In terms of structure and form, they remain consistent with other FX series models, while being sized to match the FX1000 specification.
Inside the clamp inserts, the FX1000 incorporates movable anti-slip pads.
These pads can be repositioned according to pipe conditions, increasing friction between the clamp and the pipe to accommodate different pipe sizes. When working with non-standard pipes, adjustment can be achieved by repositioning the anti-slip pads without replacing the clamp inserts.
Based on the condition documented in this photo record, the FX1000 shares the same structural design logic as other FX series models, with differences mainly reflected in model size and overall machine dimensions.
