FX315 & FX250 Production Update — Final Inspection Before Shipment

This week, a batch of FX315 and FX250 machines from the FUSINGX high-end butt fusion series completed their final inspection at our Welping facility. These units were fully assembled, calibrated, and checked one by one to ensure stable performance and reliable operation before shipment to our overseas customer.

Both models follow the FX Series design principles—reinforced frames, smooth guide movement, and consistent clamping force—making them suitable for a wide range of HDPE pipeline welding applications. The photos show part of our production and inspection area, where multiple sets are prepared in parallel to support global project timelines.

Quality control remains a key part of our workflow. Every machine undergoes detailed checks on structure, movement, electrical response, hydraulic stability, and accessory configuration before packing.
